Quality control is the final review of the individual watch prepared for your order. Use clear images and function videos to confirm the configuration and visible condition before approval.
Confirm the order first
- Model reference, size, dial colour, case material and bracelet or strap.
- Factory and movement configuration where specified.
- Correct delivery name, address and contact information.
- Agreed payment stage and what approval will trigger next.
Visual checkpoints
Dial and hands
Review logo, text, markers, lume, hand alignment, subdials and date-window position.
Case and bezel
Check case shape, bezel centring, engravings, ceramic tone, crown guards and caseback fit.
Crystal and date
Inspect clarity, reflections, cyclops alignment, date centring and visible edge distortion.
Bracelet and clasp
Look at end-link gaps, edge finishing, screws, articulation, clasp engraving and closure.
Surface condition
Request angles that reveal scratches, dust, plating consistency and polished or brushed transitions.
Accessories
Confirm included strap, links or accessories shown as part of the selected configuration.
Function checkpoints
Confirm winding, time setting, date change and power-up. Where applicable, review chronograph start, stop and reset; GMT hand adjustment; rotating bezel action; moonphase or calendar change; and rotor noise. Functions vary by reference, so request evidence relevant to the selected watch.

- Straight-on dial photograph with the watch level.
- Left and right case profiles, crown and caseback.
- Open and closed clasp, end links and bracelet edges.
- Lume view where lume execution matters.
- Short video showing setting and applicable complications.
Ask questions before approval. Approval should mean that the reference, visible condition, configuration and next payment or dispatch step are understood.
