Worldwide orders are prepared after availability, payment status, delivery details and any required QC approval have been confirmed.
From approval to dispatch
- Address review. Name, street, city, state, postal code, country, phone and email are checked for completeness.
- QC completion. Where QC applies, dispatch begins after the selected watch is approved and the agreed balance is completed.
- Protective packing. The watch and included accessories are secured for the selected route.
- Tracking. Tracking is shared after the parcel enters the courier network.
Delivery timing
Preparation and transit are separate stages. Transit time varies by destination, courier capacity, customs processing and local delivery conditions. Tracking may take time to show its first scan after the shipping label is created.
Confirm the address
Review spelling, postal code, state and contact number before dispatch. Changes become difficult after handover.
Follow tracking events
Use the courier record as the primary source for scans, clearance requests and delivery attempts.
Report concerns promptly
Contact support with the order number, tracking number and clear photos if the parcel or product arrives with an issue.
Customs and local requirements
Import rules, taxes, duties and document requests differ by country and remain subject to local authorities. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and responding to legitimate courier or customs requests.
